2. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak holiday periods. However, we often have vehicles available for same-day or next-day rental. Contact us to check availability.

3. Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Yes, we understand that plans change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your booking. Our cancellation policy is flexible, but we appreciate as much notice as possible.

1. What's included in the rental price?

Our rental prices are all-inclusive and cover:

  • The vehicle rental
  • Unlimited kilometres (Needs confirmation)
  • Basic insurance coverage
  • Roadside assistance
  • Registration

 

Additional options like child seats or GPS units may incur extra charges.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. A credit card is required for the security bond.

3. Is there a security bond?

Yes, a refundable security bond is required at the time of pickup. The amount varies depending on the vehicle category. The bond is refunded when you return the vehicle in the same condition.

Insurance & Safety

1. Is insurance included?

Yes, basic insurance coverage is included in all our rental prices. We also offer optional insurance excess reduction for added peace of mind.

2. What happens if the car breaks down?

All our vehicles come with 24/7 roadside assistance. If you experience any issues, simply call the roadside assistance number provided, and help will be on the way.

3. What if I have an accident?

Safety is our priority. If you're involved in an accident:

  • Ensure everyone is safe and call emergency services if needed
  • Exchange details with other parties involved
  • Contact us immediately to report the incident
  • Follow the insurance claim process we'll guide you through

Requirements & Eligibility

1. What do I need to rent a car?

You will need:

  • A valid, full (non-probationary) driver's licence
  • A valid credit/debit card in your name for the security bond
  • To be over 21 years of age (Needs confirmation)
  • Proof of address (for long-term rentals and rent-to-own)

2. What is the minimum rental age?

Our standard minimum rental age is 21. Drivers under 25 may incur a young driver surcharge.

3. Do you accept international driver's licences?

Yes, we accept valid international driver's licences. Please bring your passport as well for identification purposes.

1. Where are you located?

We are at 2/500 Maroochydore Rd, Kunda Park, QLD 4556. We're easily accessible from Maroochydore, Buderim, and throughout the Sunshine Coast.

2. What is 'Rent to Own'?

It's a flexible path to car ownership. You make simple weekly payments which (to be confirmed) include registration, insurance, and servicing. At the end of your agreement, the car is yours! It's a great alternative to traditional car finance, especially if you have a poor credit history or prefer a more flexible approach.

3. Can I rent a car for a long term?

Yes! We offer discounted weekly and monthly rates for long-term rentals (1-12 months). Long-term rentals are perfect for extended stays, business needs, or while you're between vehicles. Contact us for a personalised quote.

4. Do you offer delivery or pickup services?

We're based in Kunda Park, and all pickups and returns are from our location. However, we may be able to arrange delivery for long-term rentals or special circumstances. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

2. Can I add an additional driver?

Yes, additional drivers can be added to your rental agreement. They must meet the same requirements as the primary driver and may incur an additional fee.
